Sumptuous accommodation at Baston Hall

The Elizabethan hall house, oast houses and old stables have been lovingly modernised seamlessly blending its original charm and character with luxury updated facilities and all the amenities a family or group of friends could possibly need for more than comfortable stay.

Baston Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests across 9 beautifully appointed large bedrooms and principal bedroom suites while there is the potential for 2 additional children to make use of extra beds.

There are 9 bathrooms, 5 of them en-suite. The main house has 6 bedrooms and the adjoining stables have 3 ground floor bedrooms which make it easier to host older family members or those with more limited mobility.

Keepers cottage is also available to book, this is located a five minute walk down the internal farm track and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The perfect spot for your whole group to gather

The warm and sheltered courtyard is the perfect spot for the whole group to gather, cook up a storm on the barbecue and enjoy a meal al fresco soaking up views, switching off and restoring you. A game of tennis on the court, croquet, badminton or table tennis or giant jenga are all other things in the garden to enjoy. A children’s shepherds hut, ride on tractor, mud kitchen and slides are available for toddlers and younger children to use. An evening stroll in the gardens at sunset is the perfect time to watch the resident guinea fowl and chickens return home to their roosting trees, and the wild ducks and mandarins nest up for the night on ‘duck island’.

The cloud room (our small event and meeting space) can be booked by prior agreement during your stay if required. Please discuss this with Rosanna.

Outside there is designated private parking available and access for guests to walk in the estate's farm land, woods and footpaths.

Things to note...

A security deposit is held by Baston Hall for every booking. This is payable 2 weeks prior to your stay.

It is fully refundable on departure providing no damage or fees are outstanding.

On the estate but in a different wing of the property the estate owners live with their daughter and dogs, no services are shared. They run the farm and house and can be on hand to provide any information or help required during your stay, however guests are given space and privacy to enjoy their stay.
